Awareness is the self-discovery of our narrative. Being in flow is a practice of self-awareness or otherwise known as soft skills or emotional intelligence.
Phase 2: Give up the hiding

The hiding we must give up is done through self-discovery. We provide the courage to face our own questions and stories about ourselves that we don’t even know we have.
Phase 3: Community

The self-discovery through your community is with reflection and fostering movement towards connections and self-actualization of being human.
